Our history
A Career Chief Executive and a Multi-Certified Practicing Coach, Mentor & Facilitator of Change for more than two decades, quite recently also a Successful YouTuber, and an Author who has had a remarkable run in his professional journey so far.
Worked with dream MNCs, and global leaders worldwide and had a spectacular run so far. I could ensure that because of my strong Advisory, Consulting, Coaching & Mentoring Skills that I have heavily invested in developing and acquiring over the last 20 odd years to reach this destination of starting my own dream outfit.
I have always been an unusual CHRO because of my approach to leadership which was always about using the COACH & CONSULTANT approach and that was the reason, in my tenures, my employers never really gave any much business to a Big4 or Mercer or AON or HAYS as I did everything in-house with the skills & capacity I either acquired or developed by practicing things a million times and ensuring I do it better than any consultants in profession by intent and by commitment to be better than my best version.
For me, The People & Culture Co. is not just another company, I am envisioning it to be unique and different from all the consulting companies by the way we will deal with our customers, the manner in which we will deliver our services and the brand pride we would achieve in terms of our commitment to quality without a doubt.
I have always believed a Consultancy is a firm that comes to any organization and offers them what they already know but in a much better fashion or an attractive manner. My style on the contrary and also the approach of my team here, will be to be authentic and be the conscience of the business.
Our firm's approach always will be to be the conscience of the business and deliver Authentic & Honest message (Good & Bad News) as that is what earns TRUST& LOYALTY from the Board and CXOs as anyone who isn’t afraid to SPOT & IDENTIFY the real problem or weakness or a gap is also in a position, to solve and address it.
